You can make a loan payment with FiCare in many different ways:

• In Person: You can pay your loan in person at any FiCare branch or Shared Branch location, using cash or check.
• Payroll Deduction:
• Set up a direct deposit to your FiCare loan escrow account using payroll deduction. It will pay your loan on its due date automatically.
• Automatic Transfers on a Recurring Basis: Speak with a representative to request an automatic transfer from your savings or checking account, or set up a recurring transfer in your Online Banking.
• Using Online Banking, Mobile App, or Call24 service: Using our online services, make a one-time loan payment transfer from your FiCare savings or checking account.
• By Mail: Payments can be mailed to FiCare Federal Credit Union, 26644 Silver Maple Pkwy, Wesley Chapel FL 33544
• Another Financial Institution: You can use your other bank or credit union's payment options, such as Bill Pay or person-to-person payments, to send a payment. For more information, contact that financial institution. Alternatively, you can use our online service to pay with a non-FiCare debit or credit card by clicking here (fees apply).

Request a Payoff
Call 813-600-5920 to request a loan payoff. Payoff quotes are given directly to the member or require verifiable written consent to release the quote to a third party.

Payoff Address
Please include the member’s name and account number. If applicable, include the vehicle identification number (VIN) and description (year, make, and model). Mail payments to:

If it is after business hours, you should call 1-844-549-5200 for debit cards or 1-855-723-2821 for credit cards. During the next business day, call us at 813-600-5920 to have a new card ordered.

Yes, but keep in mind that there may be a fee. You can use FiCare ATMs at various BayCare locations and any Presto! ATM at Publix stores for free. This entitles you to free access to over 1,200 ATMs. For all other ATMs, FiCare charges a Foreign ATM fee (please refer to current fee schedule). The bank that owns the ATM may also charge a fee. If there is a surcharge, the machine should notify you before you complete the transaction. Refunds on ATM withdrawal fees (up to $15 monthly, up to $4.99 per transaction) are available with our Free Kasasa Checking account, when monthly qualifications are met.

You can transfer funds between your FiCare accounts using our iPhone and Android mobile banking apps, online banking or Call24 automated phone banking.

For your safety and security, our representatives do not provide balance and transaction information over the phone. You may obtain your account balances and to transfer funds by calling the automated Call24 voice response system at 1-800-544-0945. You may also find this information by logging into Online Banking or using the Mobile Banking app.
